The back of the contact paper also has markers/lines to make it easier for even cutting and measuring. I haven't tried to remove it, so I can't tell you how easy or difficult that part is. I can say that laying it down was easy. It does not bubble like other contact paper, and it's not as flimsy.Update July 2023: it's still staying put. Hasn't lifted or had any bubbles. I even...

Overall this was incredibly easy to use and was the perfect width - way better than having to cut long pieces of wallpaper or contact paper.It is very sticky, which is great, but we had to reposition it a couple of times to get some bubbles out and that was challenging once I’d already smoothed it down with a credit card. I added to a dresser to give a metallic accent.
